Holiday Rental Description

If you’re seeking a quieter location in the vibrant city of Madrid, this pad might be for you. Situated in Puente de Vallecas, this modern apartment is just a ten-minute walk from two metro stations, so you can be easily transported to the city centre when you’re ready to catch the sights. There’s plenty of space for a family or group of friends, with your host able to provide a cot and high chair for little ones, though please note two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. And while the kitchen is only equipped for light bites, we think you’ll want to sample Madrid’s’ eclectic culinary offerings.

*Though this apartment is a little further out, you're a stone’s throw from Nueva Numancia and Puente de Vallecas metro stations, both a ten-minute walk away.
*This accommodation doesn't accept groups of young people.
*Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor without a lift.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*At full occupancy two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
