Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

You’ll find this compact studio apartment a five-minute walk from the Nueva Numancia Metro Station, connecting you to Madrid’s best-loved sights in less than thirty minutes. It's not in the centre, so we think it suits those wanting a quieter stay away from the tourist hotspots. While this pad can accommodate four guests, we’d recommend a maximum of two, as once the sofa bed is in use, there’s not much space for socialising. The kitchen is well-equipped for a studio, but if you’d prefer to head out for dinner, there are plenty of restaurants on the doorstep.

Home truths

Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings may differ from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.

At capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space. Since this is a studio apartment, we think it's best for two people.

If you’re travelling with a little one, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.

Parking in Madrid can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to public transport where possible. As this home isn't in the city centre, we think it's best suited for those familiar with Madrid or who don't mind travelling into the city.

Expect to hear street noise during your stay.

About Atocha

When thinking of Atocha, the mammoth train station immediately comes to mind. While it’s a transport hub connecting Madrid to all others parts of Spain, its appeal lies in more than just logistics. The station itself is full of restaurants (some are the best in the area), and the sprawling streets around it will slowly lead to some of the best museums in town. Staying here will place you within walking distance of Prado, The Reina Sofia Museum, and Retiro Park.
