Full of eye-catching, bespoke details, the mostly monochrome main living space exudes a sense of tranquillity with its chabudai-style table and cushions, modern black sofa framed by a neon arc light and the French doors that lead out onto a Juliet balcony. Perch here with your morning cup of tea while watching the hustle and bustle of the streets below or enjoy a glass of Spanish wine as you admire the sunset over the city. With two beautiful bedrooms that are all set up for work with their desks as well as their inviting beds decked out in bohemian throws, you’re guaranteed a blissful break, whether for business or leisure. Outside of your home, you’re just a ten-minute walk from El Retiro Park, a twenty-minute stroll from Gran Vía’s shops, while the famous Museo Nacional del Prado is twenty-five minutes on foot from your door.

Local guide
About Salamanca
Salamanca is Madrid’s most glamorous and prestigious quarter. Usually associated with aristocratic façades, wide avenues, and luxurious living (atypical for Madrid’s cosy centre), the neighbourhood attracts domestic and international elite. It’s also home to many embassies and private schools, as well as niche museums and designer boutiques along its ‘Golden Mile’. The demanding clientele has made the food scene equally exclusive, but while you’re likely to find quite a few Michelin-star restaurants in the area, there are lots of relaxed tapas bars for those less willing to splash the cash.
