Apartment which enjoys a superb view but a little old, it smells of damp (no VMC), some elements of the kitchen could be changed (fridge, stoves,...), and the major drawback is the lack of soundproofing with one rehebitory point: the bedroom equipped with the double bed which is overlooked by the toilet of the neighbor above, you can hear everything, I'll spare you the details...moreover, access on foot to the town and the beach requires being in good shape (quite a difference in altitude).
