The house is in a great location. The garden and pool are fantastic. The covered outdoor seating area is wonderful. The BBQ is dirty and unusable. The downstairs oven is broken, the freezer in the downstairs refrigerator isn't working properly, and there's ice buildup. The master bedroom beds are excellent, but the other beds are very mediocre. The kitchen inventory is perfect. The furnishings are very dated.
