This residence is identical to the description of the advertisement in all respects. Its environment is calm and its proximity to the beach is very pleasant. Functional and very well equipped, it is recommended for its quality / price ratio. Large house, with spacious rooms and a fantastic porch, barbecue. Very limited, old and low quality equipment, kitchen utensils paellas, we had to buy. installation of hot water, difficulty in the upper floor, kitchen and old bathrooms. Garden, poorly maintained lawn, very limited Wi-Fi. At night the proximity of the road limits the expected tranquility of the environment. Altogether well, the space and the summer that allows life on the porch, we have enjoyed.

Very good quality / price It should improve in the maintenance I do not know why but most houses have unusable pans because they are old and the same thing happens to this house. We had to buy one, because the ones that were there were terrible The wifi is very poor

Nice property in quiet location but with easy access to roads. A bit dated but all that was required for long weekend. Nice large rooms ideal for 8 adults. Good outside facilities with plenty of space, seats etc. No toilet paper/soap in bathrooms on arrival.
