Spacious house, beautiful view, comfortable spaces, easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the supermarket. Everything is within walking distance. So everyone can easily do their own thing.

The location and surroundings of the house were excellent. However, the equipment of the house was a bit shabby. The care of the yard was also poor. The kitchen appliances were partly broken. The yard furniture was dirty and the cleanliness of the yard did not meet our expectations. The bedroom on the ground floor shown in the presentation pictures was not available to us. The drains in one of the bedrooms were not draining properly. Overall, the house was a bit disappointing for its price.
