4 m a.s.l. >>Chic, important resort with 18'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 30 km south-east from Girona, 100 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, boutiques, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment, attractions. Busy town, at the end of a bay surrounded by hills. It is possible to take many trips as well as take part in all kinds of sports. Must visit its pretty harbour. Fiestas: Carnaval, Fiestas Mayor 1st week in August.
