very well located apartment, that's its big point the terraces are very pleasant however it needs a facelift in terms of equipment (the toaster doesn't work well). It would also need to be decluttered (in the kitchen, objects full of dust). The bidet in the bathroom is not functional... the fabric blinds are not blackout.
