Salou is a lovely place, but the apartment itself was run down. There was a leak in the shower which the neighbor below discovered, the kitchen was very poorly equipped, for example a bread knife and frying pan were missing. Some of the furniture in the pictures is missing and it doesn't help that there are large balconies when they are not furnished. The apartment faces outwards towards the street and there is a lot of traffic noise/music from the surrounding restaurants. However, the landlord is serious and responds and follows up inquiries such as the leak in the shower.

2nd time we rent in this residence. This year, problem of access to the car park: the door did not open. When we contacted the agency on site, they told us that customers often complained about this problem but that interhome could not do anything about it (the door to the parking lot jams regularly). Non-functional coffee maker. Beautiful residence with swimming pool and lifeguard present. Well located. Close to shops and beach. Everything is doable on foot, very pleasant.

A little complicated to find the entrance to the garage and the parking space which was not indicated in the documents. A television that didn't work and a large roof terrace that was useless. Otherwise very good and functional apartment, we did not use the car, everything is nearby. PortAventura, beach and shops...
