Royal Marine Apartment 3 Roses, Catalonia

Very suitable for 2 people, quiet location, pool & palm trees on the ground floor, apartment on the 1st floor (large apartment building), few tourists, parking space in front of the door if everyone has parked properly, close to the Poseidon Roses diving school, fully equipped kitchen, reception in the building only in Spanish (pick up the key from Interhome). Perfect for our diving holiday. We will come back again.

The rental could be very nice but a pity that it is not very clean. No protection on the mattress of the sofa bed, greasy kitchen, dirty garbage can, hair in the bathtub, mop not rinsed, disgusting kitchen sink ..... Very difficult to find a place to park your car. Positive point the bedding is good, air conditioning, swimming pool and quiet area, nice size terrace.

Very disappointed with our stay (couple with 2 young children aged 6 and 3). Rental not clean, cleaning done very superficially. No dishwasher, while there should be according to the announcement. Isolated location, no local shops, not even a bakery. Everything must be done by car. Very small pool. No wifi connection in the rooms. Very cold and expeditious welcome. When there is someone at the reception... Positive points: spacious and practical apartment
