The apartment was clean, well maintained, quiet with a beautiful view, and in a central location. The price/performance ratio was ok.

Correct, the accommodation was clean and functional. Beautiful view! Well located by the sea with swimming pool. Negative point: parking spaces in the summer are very complicated to have! Better not to move if you find one. The swimming pool is poorly supervised ... no respect for the rules (balls, cigarettes ...) and no toilets so you have to go back up to the rental, which many do not do ....

Were there at the beginning of April, clearly the pool wasn't usable yet, the sea was still too cold. Even at night the temperature was quite low. Luckily there were two electric heaters in the apartment. The equipment is not the newest, but perfectly fine. The proximity to the beach is very good, parking spaces are available, but maybe a little tight depending on the period. The walls are a bit thin, but ok only the toaster didn't work properly. The staff are very nice.
