-The apartment is in a good location, about 100 meters from the beach. -The view from the 4th floor is good, but only partially overlooking the sea due to neighboring buildings. -There is an elevator, as well as parking underneath the building. -Quiet location and neighborhood. -Shopping facilities are nearby. -The apartment was clean and very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher).

The apartment is very well-equipped, both in terms of storage and electrical equipment. It is perfectly prepared with little welcome gifts. It is also spacious and well-exposed. Quiet residence. Close to the sea and the city, we had an excellent stay.
