Good rental with volume, correct location, clean. Small downside for ants in the apartment and no parking space but possibility of parking in the street. Small problem with the neighbors above who were welcoming at the beginning and we felt the relationship more tense because we were not aware that the part below was not for us. My children took a ball and we heard yelling that we should not take it. Not great when you are on vacation
