Modern house, ideal for spending good times with friends. Many balconies and terraces, perfect for enjoying the sun. The heated swimming pool is a plus in April. Quiet environment.

Nice place, nice house. In five minutes on the beach. Still looks nice and new. Swimming pool good size too. Nicely located on the terrace. Still some points of attention, some of which are easy to solve. Part of the sofa was broken. This was not reported to us and was very broken. We missed a shady place to eat all together downstairs. Easy to solve with a parasol or cloths? Everything from Ikea inside. Except the JBL box and electrical equipment. Wi-Fi bad. Doesn't match the look of the house. Seating area on the tight side. Not suitable for 14 people. We found the beds very narrow. And uncomfortable single beds. We missed an ironing board and hair dryers (there was only 1). And we also missed dish cloth / tea towels and detergent in the linen package. Linen package was a joke.Pillowcases didn't match the pillows and the towels were old and variable in size, some very small. Water from showers on the first two floors did not drain properly. Flowed into bedrooms. A washing machine, no dryer, not necessary, everything is so dry in the summer. Then it is nice to have a dryer on every floor instead of one for the whole house.
