The apartment is good in general. Very good location within the complex and in the Pals area. One area that needs improvement is the cleanliness. It needs a thorough cleaning that the assistance between tenant periods (4 hours) cannot cover: carpet and cushions have not been cleaned for a long time, windows, mirrors... Another aspect is that it is over-equipped. It is not understood that there are 3 coffee makers, 2 toasters, 2 irons, 8 pans... and so on, but there is no furniture in the living room to store them if they are not used.

Considering the price I think that air conditioning should be part of the rental. Nuisance in the evening with the campsite nearby which plays very loud music until 11pm or later. I was going to forget 2 unfortunate fans in a pitiful state

Very good location, nice residence. An increased price this year on the other hand (+10%) compared to last year. I can't explain it??...
