The apartment is nice and comfortable, the pool is great and the location is excellent. The worst thing is the dishwasher and the washing machine that do not work very well.

We are an elderly couple aged 75 and 80, who have always gone to Spain with the caravan until 2021. Our children liked it better if we got rid of the caravan, concern. The difference was of course big.

I have been renting this apartment for several years. Last year I made a series of suggestions to update the condition of the apartment and they have been fulfilled. We have been very comfortable. Keep the apartment in condition so that it does not deteriorate

- Bathroom towel rack off the hook for years - Sofa you sit and touch the floor - Glassware and cutlery to renovate (the pieces were different from each other) - Plug in the living room does not work - Uncomfortable and old armchairs - Entrance cleaning "leaves much to be desired ". Sand in the corners and dirty floor - I KNOW THE APARTMENT AND THE PLACE FOR MANY YEARS AGO AND THEY HAVE NOT RENOVATED ANYTHING, IT IS A PAST. WITH A FEW EASY AND CHEAP TOUCHES IT WOULD IMPROVE A LOT

The accommodation was good overall also the location. The lack of WLAN connection was inadequate. In addition, the furniture showed severe signs of wear.

The apartment was very comfortable and pleasant. The sea is very close for the little ones. The most is the parking space for the apartment. Bakery and supermarket close by. A little noise some evening because the campsite with entertainment just opposite. To visit the superb medieval village of Pals. We had a great holiday.

Pos: facility / garden / pool nice and clean. Parking lot / app, fenced. Defective outside gate (was permanently open at the beginning, was repaired in the course of the process.) Neg: Our apartment on the 3rd floor was not very fresh, ancient furniture and sagging sofa, still functional ??? Unfortunately, there was also a constant smell of mold / mildew in all rooms, which could not be dispelled despite intensive ventilation and which was certainly caused by the old upholstered furniture and the lack of heating. Kitchen: ceramic hob cracked several times (large cracks over all 4 plates) - when asked at the reception in Pals it was said, "it was known, it has existed for a few weeks, we should just keep cooking". Pos: dishwasher and washing machine without defects (also enough Dishes so that the machine can only run after several meals). Also not quite optimal: Service: We had booked a cot and high chair, 25 € / week. We were supposed to take both from Pals, but in our full car (luggage for 2 adults and 2 toddlers ...) there was no more space (otherwise we would have brought both from home). It was only after a short discussion that it was brought to the Ferienwhg.
