Nice and clean apartment in a quiet area, kitchen and bathroom spacious and have a nice design. Air conditioning works well and was also necessary. Mosquito nets at the windows would be perfect. As soon as you want to air the house, you have dozens of mosquitoes inside within a few minutes. In addition, a vacuum cleaner would also be nice. After a few days you are bothered by dust, crumbs and sand on the floor. I would prefer to remove that every now and then. Take into account many stairs to reach the house.
