In the resort 250 m from the centre of Miami-Platja, in a sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1.3 km, bakery 500 m, railway station "Hospitalet" 1.5 km, swimming bay 500 m. Sports harbour 900 m, golf course (13 hole) 3 km, tennis 800 m. The villa is spacious and in a quiet residential area with good secure parking. Once inside the house smelled fusty and one bedroom was really smelly. Lightbulbs missing. There was a spy camera in the living room which we immediately covered up. I thought it might be something old but it’s not on the photos so must be newly added. The seating area is uncomfortable inside and out, no mattresses for sunbeds. The pool was filthy and unsafe to use. Interhomes were great at trying to sort things.

Beautiful house, despite a few points to improve for better quality / price. Very good swimming pool, sea access, shops, close town center. Washing machine appreciable. Fireplace for grilling very well. Outdoor shower practical despite the worn showerhead (water goes all over the place). Crockery was broken, kitchen sockets loose; apparent threads. Landing net for the broken swimming pool which was replaced very quickly. Worn dishes, chipped cups. Perhaps an outside socket on the terrace is missing. Pool lights do not work. Floor of the terrace + garage very slippery with wet feet (there were a lot of falls 4 children, without gravities) We had a good stay Note 6/10 overall.

A few points should be reviewed: on our arrival the towels were not washed, the exterior gate does not close, several anomalies with the lighting, toilet door that does not close and above all a very unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. baths which spread in the rooms the first days of the rental. The house is located in a quiet area and close to the beach and shops. Almost no vis-à-vis the neighbors, which is very pleasant.

everything a little out of date, partly broken (dishes, lamps, parasol), the washing machine is out of this world, you get a shock, we reported this to Interhome. Overall, the house is way too expensive for the state. More than 2 adults will not be able to sit in the living room. 1 small sofa and two wicker armchairs as seen in the photos.
