Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm). 2 rooms 9 m2, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).

We have stayed in this holiday home twice now. The quiet surroundings, the garden and the pool - which is maintained twice a week - are great. A car is recommended, however. The dishwasher needs replacing. A parasol or awning would be an advantage. We missed a TV with German channels during the 4 weeks we were there. The windows and shutters are all new.

The house has a great location, close to the beach, in a quiet area, on the edge of an olive grove. Unfortunately, there are no intact fly screens (mosquitoes were very hungry), no outdoor shower that would relieve the pool filter system, some power sources are not working, the furniture is functional. With a little money and love it could be a desirable home, but it appears to be strictly a "rental property". Too bad, but the holiday was very relaxing.
