This house is not very well maintained. Difficulty opening the entrance gate with the key. No light in the garage, dust on the floor and the upper terrace was not cleaned. We had to clean the two bathtubs but the traces of mold do not leave. Leak on the bottom tub which must be old. Dishes had to be cleaned again. The bedding is of poor quality. It's a shame because the villa is well located with all amenities nearby.

The house is very beautiful and with access to the beach and great places and. A lot of proximity. The only downside is that the maintenance of the house is terrible and there are many utensils in the kitchen. No maintenance has been done for a long time. The house is dirty and full of spiders. The pool is falling apart, we have collected 20 tiles from the bottom.

Lots of defective equipment: 6 or 7 bulbs to be changed upon our arrival, a garden table was missing, a microwave tray that no longer turned, poor house finishes, stained sofa, interior paints good to redo, bathtub joints black with mold, interior not very clean etc ... In short, an impression of "not very good services" A single air conditioning in the downstairs corridor, you have to leave all the doors open to enjoy it everywhere on the ground floor, on the other hand to upstairs, no air conditioning so it is very hot! Yet the house is very well placed, close to the beach on foot (8 min with children aged 8 to 11), quiet, little traffic, few insects. The pool is also nice, shared with 4 other families, it's very reasonable. Well renovated this house could be really nice! On the other hand, Interhome intervened immediately to change the bulbs, buy a garden table, change the microwave and other repairs. Don't hesitate to ask, the response is very quick.
