Good point. A magnificent view. A spacious apartment. Near the beach, which is very nice. Bad point. Dirty dishes. Sticky and greasy stovetop. Dishwasher returns unwashed dishes (I washed the dishes by hand during the two-week vacation). Dirty shower stall. The floor apparently hadn't been cleaned either. And at night, it's noisy until 4:30/5:00 a.m.
