Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Jun. - 18.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, public parking on the road. Nearby attractions: Blanes 21 km, Lloret 22 km, Girona 33 km, Barcelona 75 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
