Very nice apartment very well located because close to the beach of Sa Boadella. Quiet and guarded residence. The swimming pool is very large and very pleasant. It would be desirable to install air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, currently only in the living room.

Beautiful and practical apartment between pine forests and coves in a typical landscape of the Costa Brava, very close to the beach and the coastal path, located in a private designer residential complex, with garden areas, swimming pools and private parking, the apartment is fully equipped with exquisite good taste!, one hour from Barcelona!!! Unbeatable!!!
