It was very nice, clean and well maintained, quiet, beautiful location next to the beach. Great balcony, nice quiet neighborhood, great location for shopping, filling up, exercising, going for walks, security through cameras. Own parking space in the garage with remote control. The care staff is very friendly and responds immediately when you need them. Simply thank you.

The apartment is modern, well appointed, the situation is good. 100m from the square several restaurants nearby (-500m) small shops and a supermarket 800m. Parking space in the basement, however be careful not to have a large car because it is narrow. I think I will re-rent this apartment. The animals are accepted and there is something to walk them. Just opposite, a small forest and dog park. small negative point: the swimming pool lacks maintenance.
