The apartment was a huge disappointment. The description of the pool is completely misleading: it's not private or shared, but located in an external complex, accessible only by exiting onto the street. The ad, which lacks photos of the building, doesn't specify this. Furthermore, the apartment, advertised as new, had several broken pieces of furniture (bedside tables with broken legs), dirty dishes, and a faulty air conditioning. A negative experience that I strongly advise against.
