We have known the house for years - thanks to its fantastic location directly on the sea, it guarantees the highest holiday quality. Unfortunately nothing has been repaired/renovated in and around the house; Remote control satellite receiver defective, table on the terrace just before the breakthrough, toaster burns bread, plaster is crumbling everywhere, etc. We don't mind all that, we are insensitive-but it should be done urgently!

The villa has a beautiful location and there are many possibilities were it not that the condition of the house is very neglected. peeling paint everywhere, rotting window blinds, stereo installation that doesn't work stacked in a cupboard, etc. With the purchase of a few small items, the situation would in any case improve. You can get a new mini music installation for €60. A new toaster costs 20€. The BBQ is advertised at night, but the grille is completely worn out. Still nice location.
