Apartment very badly located, extremely noisy avenue due to traffic and food shops, one of which is just under the apartment and 3 others very close by, public parking under the windows and playground 300 m away, plus noisy people coming and going until 3 or 4 a.m.... No soundproofing or protection against the sun with single glazing, no shutters, completely ineffective curtains and air conditioning only effective up to 2 m and standing = perpetual sauna.
