Poorly maintained, everything there and the layout was fine but everything is old and in need of a good renovation. The garden also needed maintenance, that is not looked at. The door does not close properly, the balcony door and frames are already 10 years past the replacement date. The bathroom is ripe for demolition. Positive is that the Costa is beautiful, the location of the house in our opinion great, the people very nice. So a nice holiday but a house that is old.

The sea view is very beautiful but that is the only positive point of this rental The apartment is dilapidated, the electrical installation is too old, the mattress of the main bed is absolutely not comfortable There is no railing on the terrace so with young children it is very dangerous. There were still dog droppings in the garden, maybe the former tenants... Disappointed by this rental!

Zona residencial, molt tranquil·la ideal parelles. Apartament amb possibilitats de menjar a terrassa o al balcó amb vistes el mar. Possibilitat de ser més de dos, ja que té dues habitacions una amb lliteres i un sofà llit. Ideal.
