The problem is the lack of maintenance. Dirty walls, dilapidated kitchen cabinets, a house full of ants, and insect traps throughout the house that are clearly ineffective. I made a 14-day reservation for 7,626 euros. After paying, I received information that they don't clean or provide towels. I requested three additional cleanings (2 hours/€50). Only the first one was performed incorrectly, and no invoice was issued. Upon my complaint, they didn't provide the remaining cleanings.

The house is modern, light and fresh and has all the amenities you need. It's nice that there are 3 bathrooms, so that we had enough privacy with our adult children and partners. The double beds are very narrow (135cm), but doable. The complex is well maintained and quiet. There is room for 2 cars per house in the parking garage under the tennis court. The location on the mountain is fine. However, you do need a car to get anywhere.

The house is fully equipped, including a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. Everything is available, the pool, garden and tennis area is well maintained, large and invites you to linger.
