House not very clean when we arrived

House and surroundings were fine and as expected. Very sorry that there was poor cleaning and sand on plates and in glasses. We were only with two people, but with several people you really have too little cutlery and plates. An oven would also have been useful in such a large house

The house is large and well located near the beaches in a nice location. She is cool. On the other hand, its location between two unpaved roads that are widely used for access and return to the beaches means that there is a lot of dust in the garden and in the house (even if you keep it closed as much as possible). Furthermore, the house is very dated and could use a total renovation. Finally the bedding is very bad.

The house Don Felipe is very quiet & close to the beach. The garden is large and there is plenty of seating. Everything that is needed is available in the house. It offers enough space for up to 8 people.

Pleasant house and large enough for 6 adults and 3 children including a baby. Nice garden and very beautiful beach at the end of the street. Reversible air conditioning efficient and useful. Note: no oven in the kitchen. The house had to be ventilated, however an unpleasant musty smell remains in the first bedroom. Very kind and professional interhome agents.
