Frankly, we thought that we would have more luck with this other one after having spent a few days in San Juan in another house that you manage in the same area. The kitchen could not be cooked, the stoves gave off a yellowish flame, which caused smoke to come out and dirtied the pots, The stove that they left us was impossible to cook. Two beds are broken. What we liked the most is the tranquility of the urbanization, the pool was great, very clean and we really enjoyed the barbecue. It is necessary to consider very seriously and in the very near future a renovation of mattresses, pillows and sofa because they are really uncomfortable.

Honestly, the house was not provided for the minimum that the company requires. The wifi did not work. All the mosquito nets on the windows were missing, I know they are mandatory, kitchen utensils were missing, from glasses to kitchen lighter, scissors, plates for everyone, etc. Broken tiles, no shower TV, no curtains in the showers ... I think all of this should have been replaced before we entered. Truth be told, then Interhome responded quickly.

Rental very poorly maintained. Leaking shower, broken toilet, broken furniture. Cleaning not done when we arrived, there were bits of glass on the floor, cigarette ends in the garden, a .... behind a piece of furniture !!! Inadmissible especially with 2 very young babies. We called Interhome who still did the necessary, nothing to say about their service we got answers quickly. The rental requires a good deal of cleaning and refreshing!
