The places are dirty with limited kitchen equipment which does not allow cooking On our arrival only a shower was operational and a broken shutter in the room The maintenance agent of the swimming pool allowed himself to enter without authorization and shouted at us above not to put sunscreen!!!! Finally non-functional wifi In short it is not worth 2000 euros

House just for swimming but without too many amenities. Lack of kitchen utensils especially when you are 8. Spring bedding not great. However the space and the swimming pool are made to receive. But it shows that it is only used to rent and make profitable.

Too bad, the presentation photo hides everything! The house (inside) is very damaged, no curtains, no curtains, damaged or broken shutters, bedding (all mattresses) too old we only feel the springs, sofas out of use, non-existent crockery, 4 glasses we had to claim !, too few cutlery ... Exterior nonexistent only pebbles, broken access steps (we are waiting for the promised repair) etc ... On the other hand swimming pool OK! At this price it is abuse!

Non-existent cleaning. Little kitchenware. All hand towels and no shower towels, no cleaning products. Poor quality beds and pillows: we slept badly. Barbecue without grills. Garage occupied with other vehicles. Broken pedestrian access door secured with a zip tie. Exterior / pool lights nonexistent. Bad plug-switches. No privacy: fencing non-existent or broken.

The urbanization is very well located, Ametlla de Mar at 7mn, Mercadona at 4mn, beautiful coves a few mn (Private car). The house is the best that has a splendid pool and wifi. The entrance is made of stones that cannot be played or to the shovels with a child. The mattresses, terrible. Broken furniture. (Television, only foreign satellite) Hot water 1mn. Check-in at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.

Great location & a fantastic pool. These are the pluses. Sadly, condition is poor. Beds uncomfortable no pillow/mattress protectors. When we arrived no kettle, toaster didn’t work, boiler breaks & gas inside garage! Grounds with weeds, broken chairs & tiles. Squashed insects on ceilings and not very clean on arrival. Kitchen was poorly stocked for large groups. WiFi awful. Many faults which were fixed by helpful local staff. Be warned, without aircon, sleep will be impossible! Needs investment.

Everything is functional without more but corresponding to its status of 3 *. Very pleasant swimming pool, cleaned twice a week by the gardener but not suitable for non-swimmers. Bedding not great. No fans in all bedrooms. During a heat wave, very very hot inside because no air conditioning.

house well apart from horrible grounds, too deep pool for children. sanitary water very difficult to regulate and very long, (beware of burns.) bad bedding + bed, the 2 benches reported in 2016 are today 06/2019 still in the same condition. (to throw away.) most windows do not lock (close the shutters for safety)

Esta un poco desangelada, bastante apartada de todo, pero en coche llegas rápido a cualquier lugar. La conexión a Internet era extremadamente lenta, aunque tampoco supuso un problema para nosotros. La casa estaba poco mantenida, faltaba un poco de mantenimiento en la parte exterior, estaba llena de mala yerba que pinchaba y molestaba, sobre todo con los niños pequeños corriendo por fuera. No hay privacidad con la casa de detrás. Estos se puede mejorar con poco esfuerzo. Espero tomen nota.
