The accommodation was awful. Everything was totally broken and completely dirty. It is an impertinence and cheek to rent such a property. Missing tiles everywhere. The few kitchen utensils that were available were totally filthy and partly broken. .... outstanding heating pipes, power cables and completely unstable furniture. 20 years ago it must have been the way it looked in the photos. Unfortunately totally neglected today. No comfort, no feel-good factor!!!

Hello, the house itself is spacious and comfortable, so there are several important things to improve. - The entrance fence is low and if you go with a dog it is a shame because you cannot let it loose because it can jump over it, lengthen the fence like the rest of the garden. -just cleaning, very dirty windows, no toilet paper but the empty roll, -broken and very dirty extractor hood. -Kitchen fires there was always one with the spark jumping, few kitchen utensils -Maintenance visit without notice.

The location of the house is very good. Perfect place to relax. The best, the pool, quite large. The worst was the furniture, especially the chairs, 4 plastic chairs were broken and the wooden ones were all half broken. The furniture to be generated should be improved. Another thing to improve is that there is no external water connection for shower or hose with which to rinse before and / or after swimming in the pool.

The house was what we expected. A good place to disconnect and spend all day in the pool and playing with the children. We recommend it. However, we believe that most kitchen utensils (especially pans and cooking utensils) should be replaced. The mike did not work. The fence that separates the two properties should be covered for more privacy. The rest, perfect. Very normal furniture, but you go to a rental house. We will be back.

Unfortunately when we arrived no water did not flow. The main water connection in the garden was turned off (also for the pool). Toilet without flush. Gas was also empty which was quite a chore with 2 young children. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. But we cleaned it up ourselves. The dishes in the kitchen were very dirty and, above all, very poor. There were only 5 wine glasses and not even all the same (big and small). As for the pans, they weren't exactly great either (this was already criticized by our previous tenants). We then bought pans and cutlery ourselves. Outside there were 3 grills, but all of them were broken ... On the 3rd day, a new little grill was brought to us. Very nice pool, but there is no outside shower. We have been to the Tres Calas development several times in the past and have never found it like that. Accordingly, we were disappointed. The size of the house and the surroundings would be perfect. Unfortunately, the house was furnished very carelessly and in some cases it was also very dangerous due to the metal bars that protruded in all rooms. The chairs inside and outside were all very wobbly and unstable (has also been criticized by other tenants). Why isn't the house better controlled and maintained by Inter Home? What was very positive, every time we called the landlord, we were given very nice advice.
