The pros: The house is beautiful, large and well laid out. It is very clean and the pool is large and sunny. The covered terrace with BBQ is very pleasant for outdoor meals. The cons: The house is located on a very degraded street with huge holes, it is very complicated to drive around. The air conditioning in the hallway makes a strange noise which is annoying during the night. The pool is not well maintained, there are green deposits.
