1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Appartement très bien situé face à la mer, au 4ème étage avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et sur la ville. L'appartement est très récent, très bien équipé seul bémol assez poussiéreux ... dans la cuisine... Attention à la propreté car l'appartement est très beau.

Waren 12 Tage zu zweit mit Hund da. Selten haben wir uns in einer Unterkunft so wohl gefühlt. Super Zuschnitt, sehr hochwertige, schicke Einrichtung, Designerstücke. Schöne Küche mit ausreichender Bestückung. Die Rundumterrasse haben wir wegen des ständigen Sturms leider selten nutzen können. Tolle Aussicht!!! Ein Problem ist tatsächlich der allseits bemängelte Gestank aus den Bädern! Hier hat der Handwerker wohl die Geruchverschlüsse vergessen und somit den Kontakt zum Abwasser herbeigeführt.

Schöne Wohnung, noch ziemlich neu. Minimalistisch, modern eingerichtet. Für den Winter sehr gut da Heizkörper vorhanden. Schöne Aussicht. Wünschenswert wäre noch ein Staubsauger. Ansonsten alles top. Servicepersonal vor Ort wie immer sehr nett und freundlich.

Pluspunten: Uitzicht fantastisch Groot balkon Inrichting Compleet ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken Locatie Minpunten: Schoonmaak, mieren en stank uit de beide badkamers. Echt verschrikkelijk! Onderburen wonen er permanent en maken veel lawaai vooral na 12 uur op balkon zitten met de tv op 10! Parkeren elke avond markt voor de deur. Weinig zon op balkon en altijd harde wind omdat je op de 4de etage zit. Laminaatvloer ligt los overal kieren. Regendouche in 1 van de badkamers kapot.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Tolles, modern eingerichtetes Appartement, hell, freundlich und gemütlich mit fantastischem Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht. Leider riecht es in den Bädern nach dem Abfluss. Die Balkontüren in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich leider nur komplett öffnen und nicht kippen für eine Frischluft während der Nacht.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Empuriabrava. Leider hat es aus den beiden Bädern stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Dies machte einen Aufenthalt im Bad schwer möglich.

Die Lage und Aussicht ist genial. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Abzug gibt es auch für die fehlende Klimaanlage im 2-ten Schlafzimmer. Darüberhinaus kam bei beiden Duschen ein ekliger Geruch aus dem Wasserablauf. Dieser konnte nur durch minutenlanges Spülen (täglich) verhindert werden.

Appartement avec une belle vue, grande terrasse.Trop de vent. Pas de transat sur la terrasse. Obligé d'acheter les produits pour lave vaisselle et machine à laver, pas normal. Logement moins classieux que sur photos, odeur salle de bain, traces de calcaires, manque housse de couette, pas de corbeille dans la salle de bain, pas de pompe à savon pour se laver les mains, bref c'est dommage beaucoup de choses manquantes pour pouvoir s'installer directement. Cette location est trop impersonnelle.

Wat een prachtig appartement, wat een uitzicht! De woning is prima voorzien van (nagenoeg) alles wat nodig is. Een feest om hier te verblijven. Het beddengoed bestaat uit 2 lakens en een kussen met sloop. Wij missen een overtrek voor de aanwezige dekbedden. Dat blijkt er, ook na een vraag daarover, niet te zijn. We hebben zelf overtrekken gekocht. We misten een plek om onze fietsen veilig te stallen. Het lukte de medewerker van Interhome niet hier een oplossing voor te vinden.

L'appartement est comme sur la photo même mieux ! propre, super grand 2 salles de bain super fonctionnel une vue superbe dans toutes les pièces. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Proche de toutes les commodités. Seul bémol pas de parking dans la résidence, on peut se garer devant. Je recommande.

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Jedoch!!!!!!! Die putzgruppe sollte sich mehr mühe geben, wir haben den Tumbler, die Waschmaschine, die Abwaschmaschine, richtig gereinigt. Die Schubladen waren noch voller Haare von der dunkelhaarigen Frau oder Mann vor uns. Das finde ich ziemlich eklig. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wunderbar.

Très bel appartement, refait avec goût! Une vue à 180° sur toute la baie, idéal! Un bémol et pas des moindre, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de volet dans les chambres donc nous rentrons fatigués car réveillés trop tôt par le soleil et surtout la luminosité,les stores en plus sont blancs donc attirent la lumière... Aussi,nous aurions apprécié d'avoir un peu de sel poivre liquide vaisselle etc à l'arrivée.

Al bij het binnenkomen van het appartement hadden we een wow gevoel. Toen we de gordijnen opentrokken, zagen we dan nog eens het strand met de zee. Alles is aanwezig in het verblijf en de ligging is fenomenaal.

Sa localisation est parfaite en première ligne près des jeux pour enfants et des restos et commerces , l appartement est conforme aux photos : juste magnifique ! Tout est au top dans cet appartement même les 2 tv sont connectées... Seul petit bémol il n’y a pas de rideaux électriques ou de volets aux 2 chambres et pour moi les rideaux occultant ne suffisent pas...sinon RAS tout est magnifique dedans.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 5 personnes (les parents, 2 jeunes adultes et 1 adolescente). Le logement était très propre, les meubles étaient récents, la cuisine toute équipée et les literies en très bon état. La vue sur la mer, les montagnes et le canal nous ont tant apaisé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet appartement, c’est vraiment notre coup de cœur !!

Es perfecto, mil gracias Las únicas cosas: el armario de la habitación grande no cerraba bien. El cubre colchón de la cama baja de la habitación pequeña tenía una mancha. Con persianas no entraría tanto la luz a las habitaciones por la mañana
