The service was very friendly and attentive. At the same time, we encountered a pool whose cleaning system wasn't working automatically as intended, and the pool was cloudy. After adding chemicals, our children had red, burning eyes by the evening. The refrigerator was leaking, and there was air conditioning for the living/dining area, but the bedrooms were very warm. A vintage fan was broken, as were the dining room chairs. It was bearable, but in need of an overhaul.

Of the four sun loungers, only one was of limited use because it was completely worn out. There were no duvets, two for 6 people. Kitchen furniture was falling apart, the edge trim was coming off everywhere. The fridge could only be operated on level 3. The clothes rack and microwave were rusty. The grill outside was so dirty that we decided not to use it, it was just disgusting! Everything was documented in pictures!

Beautiful house, good kitchen but unfortunately no dishwasher. Very nice living room, unfortunately only air conditioning here. Very nice pool and outdoor area, lots of places to sit and lie down, but the pool pump needs to be run more often during the day as there was a lot of dirt in the pool just once. Beautiful area, close to a very nice beach with fine sand and a gentle slope. The showers need to be renovated, instead of the existing one there should be a proper one with a bathtub.

Gaviota 8. Recommended place to go as a family with children. Well connected to get to know the area by bike, to walk and enjoy the local gastronomy. The beach is a 5 'walk. At 20 'there is a Mercadona and a Bon Preu and near the apartment a Spar. They would have to improve the wifi connection and improve the mattresses. We miss less points of light in the dining room and kitchen, glasses of wine, a shower in the pool area, more privacy with neighbors and in the bathrooms partitions.

We have enjoyed 4 days of the house as a family and it does not lack anything. All great. Only one downside ... the mattresses are very thin and should be updated. The barbecue area was littered with cigarette butts on the floor. Thanks for everything.

All very well, unless it took us a long time to enter because the house and the very dirty pool were not disinfected, we had to wait 2 hours to bathe. For the all very good.

Accommodation that meets all needs, there is no lack of detail to stay, cleanliness and comfort, an ideal quiet place for rest.

Clean and nice villa, too bad there is only one double bed. Clean and sunny swimming pool. The comfort of the mattresses are average. In the area to eat inexpensively and in large quantities, I recommend plan b 10 minutes away on foot. The beach is 5min walk. Superb setting, pleasant staff. Small flat, nothing opens around before 4 p.m. except the xxx. (5min by car) do not arrive too early for the key collection at 4pm. Average wifi quality

Pleasant clean villa !!! the concern is that the first town is 10km away which is empty to my taste no animation nothing !! You have to drive almost 1 hour to get something good !! And the worst of all the mosquitoes that bite you all night, impossible to eat outside at night or to go for a walk the villas are located near the rice fields !!!

Great property with all the convenience of home. Secure and safe with a private outdoor eating area and a great pool to unwind in the heat. Was pleasantly surprised at how good it was to be honest - will definitely be back.
