The house itself, quite well, the mattresses and especially the pillows could be improved... The beautiful exterior, but in our case it was terrible.... we took this house because it looked very nice with its pool and everything, and to our surprise that of the 4 days that we were there, 3 of them we could not bathe, since the treatment and cleaning that it required was not done and it was all dirty and in poor condition and we could not enjoy it.....

Great staff, very good customer service. The furniture and kitchen utensils theme could be improved, it looked very scarce and poor quality. The horrible mattresses, very old and very hard. The cleanliness and the general condition was good.

We were disconnected for a week and it met all our expectations. Quiet area with a great beach. To say something negative ... the fridge was not working well at all. But the truth is that it is a highly recommended house and we were great !!!!

The pool was not clean, the house was fine and the ladies cleaned it very well, although when doing so they did not wear masks and in these times it is essential. When we arrived at the time that we agreed, the house was not ready, when he told the maintenance that he was not using the masks to clean the house, he replied that he is only an employee and that he spoke with the owner. In order for the pool to be cleaned, I had to call several times to have it done. We will not return.
