With other residents in the apartment above ours has been unbearable day and night, loud conversations, bumps on the floor and above all, dragging chairs, tables and furniture, with great impact on our ground floor apartment, because the floor is not is prepared for proper acoustic soundproofing. Defective gas stove, cost to turn on the oven and the au gratin did not work. A dishwasher and a mobile clothesline are missing. Dangerous bathtub and a greasy and enclosed general pavement.

Ideal place for a short holiday in low season (1st fortnight of September). No people on the beach of the Port, with all the necessary trade services, with the car parked in front of the door and 1 minute from the beach by car with parking guaranteed and not as in the month of August

When we arrived it was not clean, the floor was sticky. The sweaty pillows from the above. Sticky living room sofa. The dishes smelled. Old kitchen. Old pots. It does not have a dishwasher. Bathroom cabinet, rusty shelves. Unpainted doors. He did not have a single lamp to read on the bedside tables, he was all very fair. There were remains of a work in the common area.
