Renovated, clean, spacious and close to the beach. Ideal accommodation.

The house only has one exit available. The other door is sealed with a metal shutter. All the windows have bars, in such a way that if something happened, it is impossible to leave the house, unless it was through the kitchen. There are mosquitoes that riddled the children alarmingly. The garden was flooded and we could only enjoy a part of it. The air conditioner in one of the rooms leaked and could not be plugged in. There are no blinds.

We spent three days in the house, when we arrived the agency told us that the sprinkler was broken but we didn't know that the garden was flooded therefore we could not enjoy the garden at all.The garden on the photos was the more attracted feature of the house and the reason why we rented out the house. Two gardeneres came unexpectelly to cut down the hedges with very loud machines,our 83rs old mum could not rest The fan on the porch was not working and one of the WC was not flushing!

pity that the terrace fan does not work and two out of 3 lights do not work on the terrace. .lack of pressure in the showers .otherwise everything else very well and the service excellent.

The house is quite good, although in the ad they do not explain that the area above is closed and you cannot pass, but they do put photos and count it as one more room. It is very well located. In fact it is the best it has.

The house is very well located in a very quiet area and very close to the beach. The only downside is that it does not have blinds and the pillows are a bit soft. The rest is perfect.
