The house is basic (no wifi, no umbrella etc) and old-fashioned furnishings, but fine. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you can think of for cooking and baking. The location is beautiful with almost unobstructed views. Nice that there are 2 terraces. The residential area where the house is located is boring. For a supermarket you need the car. As indicated earlier in a review, the pool water gives green stains in the swimwear that can no longer be removed. Strange that there is no response or action.

We were 3 couples for a few days taking advantage of the San Juan festival. The truth is that the house is complete. Equipped kitchen, correct bathrooms. The area is very quiet, perfect to disconnect. The beach and everything a stone's throw away. To improve: The poorly maintained garden and the pool and the lower terrace had hardly any light. There is no barbecue, it is a small grill. The perfect agency, we were missing the mop and some other little thing and in one step they solved it. Very efficient and friendly. To repeat!!

The positive: Beautiful house in height with view on the mountains and not overlooked. Nice rooms. Kitchen well equipped with top crockery. The negative: The parents' room is very small with the baby bed we can move around more. No toaster, no parasol, no vacuum cleaner, no security as there is no guardrail on the outside stairs. Terrace with very dirty furniture. No toaster. Swimming pool was dirty and therefore our hyper yellow swimsuits. No wifi Agency responds quickly it is the +

very nice secure swimming pool, very nice view. terraces that can be pleasant if better equipped (stained chair cushions, unusable or even dangerous barbecues) clean but small rooms, lack of bedside tables, the base of the 135 cm bed defective. nice kitchen but burnt pans, 3 piece wooden breadboard! and lack of cutlery. cushions in the living room in poor condition to conclude it would suffice to overcome these few shortcomings to make this house very pleasant.

beautiful house, superb view. well-exposed terraces. well maintained swimming pool. regrets about the openings of the living room, sunny all day, without shutters or sun parts, which causes the temperature in the room to rise excessively, and becomes unbearable in the evening. but pleasant house to live in. regrets also on TV only in Spanish.

Nice house with children, especially given the fence around the pool and everything is on one level inside. However, the crockery and cutlery are old and messy, it would be best to buy new for that. Especially considering the neat and beautiful kitchen. The 4 single beds had good mattresses, but the double bed was short and saggy. This does not match the rest of the condition of the beds. It is a 6-person house, but the garden furniture was not sufficient everywhere and some things need to be renewed.

beautiful location, main rooms without shutters, sunny all day, sheltered terrace. magnificent swimming pool. regret the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, nevertheless remains a very pleasant house, with a most relaxing view.

The house is quiet and very close to the beach and shops (by car). The pool overlooking the hills is to die for !!! We had a wonderful stay. The team that welcomed us is very nice.

Comfortable house located in a quiet area. Functional and properly equipped. Small well-kept garden. Parking in the garage ramp, which is not accessible. Excellent treatment from the local office people.
