Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace, large patio. Barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. TV only ES. HUTG-022570

Urb Mas Pere 3 km from Calonge: Simple house "Mirador". In a sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 6 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 1.9 km long bumpy motor access to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 6 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course 9 km, riding stable 13 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark Aquadiver 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.
