Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Terrace. 700 m long bumpy motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 6 km. Sports harbour 8 km, golf course 7 km, riding stable 12 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.
