Beautiful stone house but in need of some improvement to make it more welcoming. The living room is severely lacking in light. The terrace is pleasant but faces 2 vis-à-vis. The pool only enjoys a few hours of sunshine and the water does not have time to heat up. Unlike the photo, there is no parasol. Wooden garden beds have no cushions and are so hard they are almost unusable. The wifi in the house is rife and it is hardly possible to watch a video without interruption. Considering the price paid, it would be wise to bring some condiments, a bottle of water, a little coffee and some soap for the dishwasher. This is a minimum that we have always found wherever we have rented a villa.

We had a really great time in this house. The pool is of course the highlight. The kids are still totally excited. We also used the grill a lot. All devices were in place and are fully functional. I especially liked the shelter for the cars. The Spanish sun can be pretty hot. The location of this property is very good. Not too far from the beach, several restaurants in the vicinity and yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Great house in a great location.

The house is exactly as described, very good equipment, everything is there from silver cutlery to a pool table. Lots of toys for children available. It was very clean and tidy !! The condition of the garden and the pool are also great! You just have to be careful that you remove any crumbs immediately after eating, because the ants come immediately. The only thing that was annoying was the constant barking of the many dogs in the surrounding area and that sometimes all night. Overall, the house is a dream and well maintained. Gardener and pool service on site included. Maybe just a little bit of information to the guests when the gardener and pool service are on the property. So that you don't get frightened. The way to the sea by car was also no problem and easy to reach. Overall, the area is very pleasant. The booking as a whole and the handover of the keys worked great! We would book the house again !!!!
