Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Mas Pere" 2.3 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, riding stable 13 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark Aquadiver 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.

Mooi huis met mooi zwembad en propere mooie tuin. Kamers voldoende groot en een ruime living en terras. Goed werkende airco, jammer dat die niet koelt in de kamers. Bedden , voornamelijk dubbel bed, aan de harde kant. Keukengerei is aanwezig maar verouderd en van lage kwaliteit. Tijdens ons verblijf was er 1,5 Km wegenwerken wat de toegang naar het verblijf zeer bemoeilijkte. Jammer dat dit niet correct was aangekondigd in de beschrijving.

Gut geeignet um tägliche Ausflüge zu starten und den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen zulassen Pro: Lage - es war schön ruhig kein Trubel,\nAusstattung - es war alles älter aber es hat uns nichts gefehlt,\nPool - prima, besser wäre noch eine Abdeckung Contra: Zufahrt wie beschrieben - herausfordernd,\nGrill nicht fertiggestellt nicht nutzbar - Mist,\nElektroheizkörper haben nach 2 Minuten das Hausstromnetz überlastet, Sicherung raus - Mist 2 kalte Nächte nicht akzeptabel,\nAuffahrt voller loser scharfkantiger Pflastersteine, barfuß zum Pool - schwierig,\nNächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit / Restaurant nicht fußläufig erreichbar (10 - 15 Min mit dem Auto - je nach Straßen- / Bausituation), Fahrräder aufgrund der Straßensituation für Familie mit Kindern nicht nutzbar, Mist
