What a fantastic address this apartment has in one of Barcelona’s most desirable neighbourhoods. It overlooks the Passeig de Gràcia, no less, with its international brand stores and an array of dining options. Or, also within walking distance, there’s the iconic Casa Milà to visit. The apartment itself has French doors that open onto a Juliet balcony which allows light to stream into the split-level living space (the four steps may pose a problem for those with very limited mobility, perhaps).
