You'll see from the amount of construction work in the surrounding area that it's an up-and-coming neighbourhood away from the city centre. It's conveniently close to trendy markets like Palo Alto and a short walk away from popular Bogatell Beach – brimming with bars and clubs. And, if you're in need of an even quicker dip during the hot summer months, you can cool off in the communal rooftop pool.

*As it takes twenty minutes to reach the city centre by public transport, there aren't a whole lot of exciting things going near the home

*Other than the forty-inch TV, there are very few entertainment options – no books, sound system, cards, or board games

*The sofa in the living room has some minor stains on it and the bathroom towels could also do with a little extra TLC

*Without a home guidance manual, there'll be some guesswork involved when working the appliances and the air conditioning unit

*The dining table is comfortable for four people – it'll be a bit of a tight squeeze for six
