While in other cities, this excellent position might mean a trade-off with the quality of the home, that's certainly not the case here. Retaining the high wooden-beamed ceilings and sections of exposed stonework from the original building, the recently renovated interior is serenely stylish, with chic furnishings, subtle lighting and a minimalist kitchen to boot.

As well as a pair of French doors leading to a Juliet balcony in the living room, the building also benefits from a communal roof terrace so you can soak up some sunshine during the summer months. If you'd prefer a larger green space, Ciutadella Park takes just over seven minutes to reach on foot. Somorrostro Beach is only a twenty-two-minute walk away, as well.
