The contact with the landlady was very pleasant. We didn't have hot water on the first day, someone was sent immediately and it was fixed. The general condition of the apartment is unfortunately very worn and worn. Door frames partially swollen. Showers and grouting partly black. Kitchen sticky and not clean. The parents' bedroom was okay, as were the children's rooms. One room without a window, the other rooms with a window to the inner courtyard, unfortunately stuffy

The kettle has caused a short circuit, the vacuum cleaner does not work at all, etc., etc.! TV without remote control? No radio? Fortunately we only had 4 nights.

The apartment is very good and is accessible to normal wheelchairs, the beds are comfortable, everything is quite clean, the kitchen, least of all because of the pans, coffee toaster and others, but otherwise everything is perfect (understand that it is a step floor , perfect in that sense), quite quiet and the living room is very spacious, leaving the portal on the left you have a bar and on the right a supermarket that opens on Sundays, everything at hand, great, to repeat.

Bright, well appointed and functional apartment. Quality bedding and two bathrooms. Proximity to the metro, and many shops. Very good communication with the owner.
