The accommodation is incredibly clean, equipped with everything you need (washing machine, kitchen accessories, etc.) and in a very good, quiet location. There is a small elevator in the building to go up. The landlady is very friendly and can be reached at any time. You can even see a bit of the Sagrada Familia from the kitchen. I would recommend this accommodation at any time.

Very good location, almost in the center of the city. We were in town for two weeks. In the first week we were almost entirely on foot. It is about a 10-minute walk to the Sagrada, about 30 minutes to Park Güell, 45 minutes to the water, 15 minutes to the Rampla ... The apartment itself has everything you need. Air conditioning in the living room, two fans 1 in the living room 1 in the bedroom. The balcony is quite narrow, but you can smoke on it.

Very clean apartment, and very well equipped, in a quiet and well located building. We recommend it without hesitation.

Nice and quiet location on the 4th floor with an elevator, all rooms, including the bathroom and kitchen, can be ventilated well with a window. Kitchen small but well equipped, living room with great seating / couch and extra dining table with chairs. Lots of closets for clothes etc. high bed with great mattress. Small drawback, shower extremely small 70x70 cm (nothing for tall / fat people). Reception punctually to the minute ahead of time. Nice explanatory conversation. On the day of departure, we were even allowed to use the apartment until 5 p.m. as there was no subsequent tenant. Supermarkets and everything for daily use around the corners, everything close. Max. 10 minutes to the Sagrada Familia on foot. Wonderful apartment also for a longer stay.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It has everything you need - the lighting situation can be improved - lightbulbs, for example on the ceiling washlights, should work - unfortunately, WiFi does not work

Well furnished apartment, it is a bit regrettable that there was no German television, internet connection is available, but not working.
